How long does it take for my order to be ready?
All products are 100% handmade, lovingly by me, and are made to order after my 9-to-5 grind. This means your order can take up to 10 business days (NOT including shipping time).
Pro tip: Why not watch The Lord of the Rings (the Extended Edition, of course) in the meantime? Before you know it, your order will be right on your doorstep!

Where do you ship and deliver to?
We ship all across Canada!
Local deliveries (Calgary, AB) are available and free on purchases over $49. Otherwise, it's a flat fee of $5.
I hope to expand to shipping internationally someday soon!

When do my items ship out?
All orders are processed and shipped, or locally delivered, once a week on Saturdays from Calgary, Alberta. If your item is in stock, it will go out in the next shipment. Made-to-order items will go out in the next shipment once they're completed.
Once shipped, orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
Can I customize my order?
I may be able to accommodate some customizations to your order. Send me a pigeon or owl with what you have in mind!
