Our Return Process

If your product was damaged during shipping or there is an issue with the product, and it is within 30 days of purchase, we can offer you a replacement of the same product. If it's unavailable, you can choose a similar product.

To begin a return, please send us your order number, details of the issue along with clear photos of the product, and the areas of concern. Once we receive your message, we'll contact you to discuss. If eligible, we'll send you a replacement free of charge.
