Shipping​

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout and is based on the shipping location. International orders may be subject to additional shipping costs like customs and duties that are not included in the shipping rate we provide. These additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer to pay. All orders are processed and shipped, or locally delivered, once a week on Saturdays from Calgary, Alberta. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability or the completion of made-to-order items.

Returns & Exchange​s

Due to the nature of our products, The Little Creationarium does not provide returns or exchanges. If your product was damaged during shipping or there is an issue with the product, and it is within 30 days of purchase please email thelittlecreationarium@gmail.com with clear photos and details of the areas of concern. If eligible, we can offer you a replacement.
